We will pick you up from your hotel early in the morning and take you to the airport for a one and a half hour flight to Trabzon. Once you arrive, we will pick you up from the airport and take you to your hotel in Trabzon. You will have the rest of the evening free.
We will pick you up from your hotel at 9:00 AM and begin a full day tour of Uzungol. Our first stop will be in the town of Surmene, which is known for for making knives. We will visit a knife artisan bazaar. Next, we will stop at a horse farm in Caykara. From there, we will go to Uzungol and stop for lunch. After lunch, we will have some free time before driving back to Trabzon. Once we arrive, we will take you back to your hotel.
We will pick you up from your hotel at 9:00 AM and depart for a full day tour of Ayder. We will stop in Rize and see where tea is made. Next, we will go to Flirtina Valley where you will have the option to go river rafting. Then, we will stop for lunch on Ayder Mountain and enjoy the spectacular view. After lunch, we will have some free time. Then, we will drive back to Trabzon and drop you at your hotel.
We will pick you up from your hotel after breakfast and take you to the airport for a two hour flight back to Istanbul. Once you arrive, we will pick you and take you to your hotel.
My visit to a horse farm in Çaykara was a delightful surprise. My tour guide shared fascinating details about the majestic animals there. Meanwhile, the natural beauty of Uzungöl was truly breathtaking. The serene lake, surrounded by lush greenery, created a wonderfully peaceful and pleasant atmosphere.
The most unique part of this trip was the knife artisan bazaar. The craftsmanship there was truly impressive. Our tour guide explained the place and its cultural significance in great detail.
The entire tour was very relaxing, with no rush at all. On the first and last days, I had extra free time to either rest or explore Turkey on my own. The accommodations were comfortable, and the food was of good quality. I highly recommend this trip with Turs Flame.
