Travel through Turkey’s most powerful stories, landscapes, and ancient wonders on this carefully curated 6-Day Turkey Tour: Gallipoli, Troy, Pergamon, Ephesus, Pamukkale & Cappadocia. From moving battlefield memorials to surreal valleys and legendary ruins, this journey brings together history, beauty, and culture in a way few Turkey package tours can match.
Begin with the emotional depth of Gallipoli, where the stories of the ANZAC and Ottoman forces still echo across the battlefields and memorials. Continue to Troy, home of the famous Trojan legend, and Pergamon, one of the great ancient cities of the region.
In Ephesus, walk through remarkable Roman ruins and visit the remains of the Temple of Artemis, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, along with the sacred House of the Virgin Mary. Then unwind in Pamukkale, where white travertines and warm thermal waters create one of Turkey’s most striking natural sights.
The journey ends in unforgettable Cappadocia, with fairy chimneys, Göreme, Uçhisar Castle, Göreme Open Air Museum, an Underground City, a charming cave hotel stay, and the chance to watch sunrise from a hot air balloon. With flights, transfers, hotels, guided tours, entrance fees, breakfasts, and lunches arranged, this tour makes Turkey’s highlights feel seamless, meaningful, and truly memorable.

The afternoon is dedicated to the battlefields, trenches, and memorials of the ANZAC and Ottoman forces. As your guide shares the stories of courage, sacrifice, success, and loss on both sides, the landscape becomes more than a historic site — it feels solemn, personal, and powerful.
At the end of the tour, you are transferred to your hotel in Canakkale, where the evening is free to rest after a moving first day.

After breakfast, your guide picks you up at 8:30 AM for the journey to Troy, one of the most legendary names in ancient history. Here, you explore the remains of the many cities of Troy, including the Odeon, Bouleuterion, and the impressive 3,700-year-old walls. A stop at the replica Trojan Horse adds a memorable photo moment and brings the famous story vividly to life.
At 10:30 AM, the route continues toward Pergamon, with lunch on arrival around 1:30 PM. Your guided visit reveals the city’s remarkable heritage through the Library, Temple of Athena, Acropolis, Altar of Zeus, and Lower Agora. Set high above the surrounding landscape, Pergamon carries a grand, dramatic atmosphere that makes its ancient power easy to imagine.
Around 5:30 PM, the tour finishes and you continue to your hotel in Kusadasi or Selcuk.

At 9:30, your guide picks you up for your Ephesus Tour. During the drive to Ephesus, you receive helpful background about the region, preparing you for one of the most impressive ancient cities in Turkey.
Your visit begins at the Magnesia Gate, once a grand entrance into the city. From there, your guided downhill walk leads past the Odeon, Celsius Library, Temple of Hadrian, Trajan Fountain, and the magnificent Great Theater. The ruins feel elegant and alive, revealing the scale, beauty, and sophistication of Roman city life.
The Great Theater, with seating for around 24,000 people, is one of the most unforgettable stops and is believed to be where St. Paul preached to the Ephesians. After Ephesus, the tour continues to the peaceful Virgin Mary House, followed by lunch with Turkish cuisine.
In the afternoon, you visit the Temple of Artemis, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, before ending at IsaBey Mosque in the Selcuk area. After the tour, you return to your hotel in Kusadasi or Selcuk.
Your day begins with pick-up from your hotel in Kuşadasi or Selcuk for the scenic three-hour drive to Pamukkale. Along the way, your guide shares context about the region, making the journey feel relaxed and informative. On arrival, lunch is served at a local restaurant before the tour begins.
You enter from the top of Hierapolis Ancient City, exploring the Gymnasium, the impressive Amphitheatre with a capacity of around 15,000 people, and the Temple of Apollo. Walking through Hierapolis feels like moving through an open-air museum where Roman history and ancient thermal culture meet.
The experience then shifts to the white terraces of Pamukkale. You remove your shoes and walk carefully over the travertines, where warm mineral water flows across bright white surfaces. You may dip your feet in the natural hot springs or enjoy the man-made hot spring baths for a swim.
At the end of the tour, you are transferred back to your hotel.
Guests must be able to walk approx. 0.5 miles over the travertines without shoes.
We advise you to bring sunglasses, sunscreen, and a comfortable swimsuit.
Early in the morning, you are picked up from your hotel and transferred to the airport for your one-hour flight from Izmir to Cappadocia. On arrival, your local team welcomes you and takes you to the office in Goreme Town, where your South Cappadocia Tour begins at 9:30.
The day opens with the underground city, where eight visitor-accessible levels reveal carved rooms, tunnels, and hidden spaces beneath the earth. It is a fascinating introduction to Cappadocia’s mystery and ancient resilience.
The scenery then changes beautifully at Love Valley, known for its unusual rock formations and striking photo opportunities. After lunch, you continue through the warm colors of Red Valley and the softer tones of Rose Valley, located behind Urgup. Together, these valleys capture Cappadocia’s dreamlike natural beauty.
Later, you visit Cavusin Village, a historic rock settlement filled with cave houses, before ending at Pigeon Valley for sweeping views and a peaceful final photo stop. You are then transferred to your hotel, with the evening free in Cappadocia.
**Optional Hot Air Balloon Ride (contact us for Booking)**
For many travelers, the optional Cappadocia balloon ride becomes the defining memory of the entire tour. Before sunrise, balloons rise above fairy chimneys, cave towns, and quiet valleys as the first light touches Cappadocia. It is one of Turkey’s most iconic experiences, and advance booking is recommended because spaces are limited and flights depend on weather conditions.
After breakfast, your North Cappadocia Tour begins at 9:30 with a panoramic photo stop overlooking Uchisar Castle. From here, the landscape opens in dramatic layers, giving you one of the best views of the region.
The tour continues to the Goreme Open Air Museum, where rock-cut churches, chapels, and frescoes reveal Cappadocia’s early Christian heritage. Lunch is served in Avanos, followed by a pottery demonstration where you can also try shaping the clay yourself.
In the afternoon, you visit Devrent for animal-shaped rock formations, St. Monk’s Valley with mushroom-shaped fairy chimneys and St. Simeon’s monk cell, and finally Pasabeg, one of the best places to admire Cappadocia’s iconic fairy chimneys up close.
At the end of the tour, you are transferred to the airport for your flight to Istanbul. Upon arrival, your driver meets you and takes you back to your hotel, completing a seamless Turkey journey through battlefields, ancient cities, thermal terraces, and the unforgettable landscapes of Cappadocia.
Yes. This tour is a strong choice for first-time visitors who want a deeper Turkey itinerary beyond only Istanbul or Cappadocia. It combines Gallipoli, Troy, Pergamon, Ephesus, Pamukkale, and Cappadocia in one organized route, covering battlefields, ancient cities, thermal terraces, cave landscapes, domestic flights, guided tours, hotels, and transfers.
The tour includes Gallipoli battlefields, ANZAC and Ottoman memorials, Troy, Pergamon, Ephesus, Virgin Mary House, Temple of Artemis, IsaBey Mosque, Hierapolis, Pamukkale travertines, South Cappadocia, North Cappadocia, Goreme Open Air Museum, Avanos, Devrent, Pasabeg, and major Cappadocia valleys. It is designed for travelers who want history, culture, scenery, and local experiences in one journey.
The Cappadocia balloon ride is optional and can usually be arranged upon request. It normally takes place before sunrise on Day 6 and is weather-dependent for safety reasons. Because spaces are limited, advance booking is recommended. For many travelers, seeing fairy chimneys, valleys, and cave towns from the sky becomes the most memorable part of the Cappadocia tour.
This is an active tour with moderate walking across historic sites, ruins, valleys, and natural terraces. Ephesus includes a guided downhill walk through ancient streets, Pamukkale requires walking about 0.5 miles barefoot over the travertines, and Cappadocia includes uneven surfaces at valleys and viewpoints. Comfortable walking shoes are strongly recommended.
The itinerary includes a one-hour flight from Izmir to Cappadocia on Day 5 and a flight from Cappadocia to Istanbul on Day 6. Airport transfers are also arranged as part of the route. The first part of the tour travels by road from Istanbul through Gallipoli, Troy, Pergamon, Kusadasi or Selcuk, and Pamukkale.
The itinerary includes overnight stays in Canakkale, Kusadasi or Selcuk, and Cappadocia. These locations are chosen to keep the route practical and reduce unnecessary backtracking between sightseeing areas. Exact hotel names and categories may depend on your selected Turkey tour package, so they are usually confirmed during booking.
Yes. This is one of the strongest Turkey tours for history-focused travelers. It covers Gallipoli’s battlefields, the legendary city of Troy, the ancient kingdom of Pergamon, Roman Ephesus, the Temple of Artemis, Hierapolis, and Cappadocia’s cave churches and underground city. The route offers a rich timeline from ancient civilizations to World War I history.
For Pamukkale, bring sunglasses, sunscreen, and a comfortable swimsuit if you want to enjoy the hot spring baths. Shoes must be removed when walking on the white travertines, so be prepared to walk barefoot on wet mineral surfaces. A small towel and light clothing can also make the visit more comfortable.
Lunch is included on Day 1, breakfast and lunch are included on Days 2, 3, 5, and 6, and lunch is included on Day 4. Some dinners are not mentioned in the itinerary, so evenings are generally free for you to try local restaurants in Canakkale, Kusadasi or Selcuk, and Cappadocia.
The itinerary notes that the Gallipoli and Troy-Pergamon tour days are conducted in English because Spanish guides are not available in those areas. A private Spanish guide may be arranged upon request. For the rest of the tour, guide language may depend on the selected package and availability, so it is best to confirm before booking.
This tour is rewarding but fairly active. It includes early pick-ups, long road transfers, full sightseeing days, domestic flights, and walking at archaeological and natural sites. It is best for travelers who want to see many important places efficiently and are comfortable with a structured schedule rather than a slow-paced holiday.
Yes. The route offers excellent photography opportunities, from Gallipoli’s memorial landscapes and Troy’s replica horse to Pergamon’s hilltop ruins, Ephesus’ Celsus Library, Pamukkale’s white terraces, and Cappadocia’s valleys and fairy chimneys.
