Bollywood star Amitabh Bachchan tested coronavirus positive and was admitted to Nanavati hospital in Mumbai.
Amitabh Bachchan is a lagend who has given numereous top movies to bollywood and has reached at this stage of fame. The actor reported on Saturday night that he’d checked positively in a tweet.

On Saturday, Megastar Amitabh Bachchan and his son Abhishek Bachchan said they had tested COVID-19 positively and were admitted to hospital in the area.
The Bachchans who are at Nanavati Hospital have posted on Twitter their health update. Abhishek said his father and he had mild symptoms, and demanded that everyone be calm and not panic.
Amitabh is 77, and Abhishek is 44. “I tested positive for COVID. Postponed to hospital. Hospital advising officials, family and staff who have undergone tests, predicted results, “tweeted Amitabh. “We ask all those who have been in close proximity to me in the last 10 days to get themselves checked please,” he said.
He was transferred to hospital’s isolation unit, sources told PTI by Nanavati Hospital. Soon after his father posted his tweet, complaining
about his health rumors, Abhishek tweeted as well.
“I tested CoviD positive .. shifted to Hospital .. informing hospital authorities .. family and staff underwent testing, the results expected .. All who have been close to me in the last 10 days are asked to please get checked,” he said in a late Saturday tweet.
The actor is 77 years old and was last seen in ‘Gulabo Sitabo’—a film he shared screen space with actor Ayushmann Khurana in.
